Order a whole or half a lamb. We will butcher it in the cuts you like best: a leg roast, a rolled shoulder roast, or shoulder chops, kebabs, stew or curry meat, rib chops or a rack of lamb.

If you live in the greater Toronto area we'll deliver your lamb for free. Regretfuly, we cannot ship to the United States.

Our quality, flavoursome lamb is vacuum packed for maximum freshness, and quick frozen. The conveniently sized cuts are labelled and delivered in an insulated container to your home or office at a time to best suit you.

The lamb is priced by the pound. The price varies depending on time of year e.g. Spring: $10/lb, Fall: $8/lb. Please enquire when you e-mail us. How much your bill is depends on how much lamb you buy. This is a straight-from-the-farm operation, so we sell by the half lamb or by the whole. We don't do single roast orders, etc. A half lamb typically weights eighteen pounds. Exact cost varies from lamb to lamb.

A half lamb includes a leg roast, shoulder roast, lamb chops, shanks, and kidneys. The heart, lungs, and head are optional depending upon availability. The lamb is butchered, packaged, labeled, frozen and ready for your freezer or oven.
